I lost the file, or I closed the page before saving it
Email us and we will send it again. There is no account to log into and nothing to reset. Mention the email address you paid with, and that is all we need.
I want a refund
Full refund, no reason needed, within 14 days of purchase. Email us from the address you paid with and say the word refund. It goes back to the card you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days. You will never be asked what happened or be talked out of it.
The file will not open on my phone
It is a standard PDF. On iPhone, tap it and it opens in Files or Books. On Android it lands in Downloads and opens in your Files app or any PDF viewer. If the links inside the file are not working, swipe or scroll instead — the pages run in order, and the file has a page explaining where everything sits.
What will show on my card statement
SCRIPTED NIGHTS. Not the product name. If you see a charge you do not recognise and it reads that way, it is this. Email us and we will sort it out rather than leave you guessing.
What we will never ask you
We will not ask you anything about your relationship, your health, or your sex life, in support or anywhere else. If you want a refund, the reason is your business.
