Scripted Nights is a brand of High Ledge Ventures LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company. This page explains what we collect and what we deliberately do not.
The short version. We do not run accounts. We do not ask you anything about your relationship, your health, or your sex life. Nothing you say or choose while playing the game ever leaves your phone, because the file has no way to send it anywhere.
What we collect
Your email address and the fact that you placed an order. That is what lets us deliver the file, send a receipt, answer support, and issue a refund if you ask for one.
What we never collect
We do not collect or store your card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, which collects what it needs to process the card and is subject to its own privacy policy. We see the last four digits and nothing more.
We do not ask for, collect, or store any information about your sexual history, your health, your relationship status, or anything you answer inside the game. There is no questionnaire, no quiz, no profile, and no analytics inside the PDF. The file is a document. It cannot phone home.
The file itself
Once you download it, the PDF sits on your device. Every answer, every yes, no or maybe, and everything written on the keepsake page stays on your phone. None of it is transmitted to us or to anyone else.
Advertising measurement
This site may use a Meta advertising pixel to measure whether an ad led to a page view and a purchase. If enabled, it records that a page was viewed and that a purchase happened, along with the amount. It is configured not to receive your name, your email address, the product name, or anything you did inside the game. No information about anyone’s sexual interests, health, or relationship is sent to any advertising platform, ever.
At the time of writing the pixel is not enabled on this site.
Who we share with
Stripe, to take payment and issue refunds. Our website host, which serves these pages. Our email provider, to answer you. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we never combine it with any other business’s customer list.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Support emails are kept while they are useful and then deleted.
Your choices
Email support@scriptednights.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deleting your order record may mean we can no longer re-send the file or process a refund, so we will say so before doing it.
Age
This product is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
