Scripted Nights is a brand of High Ledge Ventures LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company. This page explains what we collect and what we deliberately do not.

Orders and support

Stripe handles payment and collects the information needed to process it. We can access order and payment details, such as the email used at checkout, payment status and limited card details, but do not collect your full card number through these game pages. We use order records to provide access, answer support and handle refunds.

When you use purchase recovery, the email you enter is sent to our website function and checked against Stripe order records. The browser remembers that email for your next recovery attempt. This lookup does not verify ownership of the email address.

Game data and shared links

The paid games use browser storage for access, names, choices and saved progress. Clearing browser data can remove those records. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see them.

The free quiz holds your answers in the current page and encodes your name and answers in the part of the share link after the # symbol. Browsers do not include that fragment in an ordinary page request to our host. Sharing or copying the link gives that data to the recipient and the app you choose; browser history, messaging services and backups may retain it. Share only with someone you trust. We do not request game answers in support or playtest feedback.

Website services and measurement

Advertising pixels and gameplay advertising events have been removed from this release. Checkout links may carry a campaign or partner source tag, separate from game answers, so an order can be attributed. Our host receives ordinary web requests and may retain technical access logs. Some pages load fonts from Google; the free share quiz uses device fonts and makes no third-party requests during play.

Until 3 November 2026 at 20:00 UTC, our public home, product, and catalog pages measure page arrivals, taps on the Conversation free-round link and purchase buttons, sample starts and completed reveals, progress through the free Date Night instructions, and the final checkout option selected. A button tap does not confirm that the sample, package choices, or checkout opened. For the Date Night preview, starting and reaching the last instruction measure reading the guide, not performing or enjoying an activity. We send only the page category, event, the product or package on a purchase button or selected at checkout, recognized campaign tags, and a random temporary visit reference to our own website service. We do not send sample answers, player names, email addresses, full URLs, or referrers with these events, and the measurement does not run inside paid games. The event store does not retain IP addresses or browser fingerprints. Ordinary hosting logs are separate.

The reference uses this tab’s session storage and expires for measurement after 30 minutes without activity. We use no tracking cookies. Checkout receives the same reference so we can match a visit to a Stripe checkout and, if payment succeeds, an order. This is separate from campaign tags and from your private answers. The site sends no funnel events to advertising platforms. Funnel event records are deleted within 30 days; order records follow the retention described below.

We disable this measurement when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or when session storage is unavailable. You can also disable JavaScript; purchases remain available. Blocking measurement does not affect game access or the refund policy.

Who handles information

Stripe handles payments, our host serves the site and recovery function, and our email provider handles support. Private playtest feedback may be summarized using our business AI tools, as disclosed in the invitation; do not send intimate answers or activity descriptions. We do not sell your information or combine it with another business's customer list. Public use of feedback as a testimonial requires separate permission.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Support emails are kept while they are useful and then deleted.

Your choices

Email support@scriptednights.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deleting your order record may mean we can no longer re-send the file or process a refund, so we will say so before doing it.

Age

This product is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
