These terms cover your purchase and use of the Scripted Nights games, sold by High Ledge Ventures LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company, trading as Scripted Nights. Buying means you agree to what follows.
Who can buy
This product is for adults 18 years of age or older. By buying it you confirm you are 18 or over.
What you are buying
Access to the games you paid for, for personal use by you and your partner. The Last Round is one game. Couples Game Night adds Who Knows Who Better?. All Three Games adds Say It or Do It. Optional extra packs inside the games are sold separately and unlock on the phone they are entered on. One payment. There is no subscription, no account, and nothing recurring.
The games run in your phone’s browser. There is nothing to download and nothing to install. Your progress and your answers are stored by the browser on the device you play on.
You may play as many times as you like. Please do not repost the games, resell them, share the unlock link publicly, or distribute the contents as your own. The games and their contents are original work and remain the property of High Ledge Ventures LLC.
Delivery
Your unlock links appear on the confirmation page the moment your payment clears, and your receipt arrives by email from Stripe. Open the link in the browser you will play in and it stays unlocked there. Bookmark that page, or the games themselves, and you can get back to them any time on the same phone and browser. If you lose the links, email support@scriptednights.com from the address you paid with and we will send them again.
Refunds
Full refund, no reason needed, within 14 days of purchase. Email support@scriptednights.com with the email address you paid with. The refund goes back to the card you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days. You will never be asked what happened.
What this product is not
Scripted Nights is entertainment and a script for an evening. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or sexual health advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. It does not diagnose anything, assess anything, or offer treatment for anything. If something in your relationship or your health needs professional attention, please speak to a professional.
Everything in the games is optional for both people, every time. A no is a no, no reason required, and either person can stop at any point.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number through these pages. The charge appears on your statement as SCRIPTED NIGHTS.
Liability
The games are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, High Ledge Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
