These terms cover your purchase and use of The Last Round, a downloadable file sold by High Ledge Ventures LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company, trading as Scripted Nights. Buying the file means you agree to what follows.

Who can buy

This product is for adults 18 years of age or older. By buying it you confirm you are 18 or over.

What you are buying

One copy of a 21 page PDF, delivered as a download immediately after payment, for personal use by you and your partner. One payment. There is no subscription, no account, and nothing recurring.

You may keep the file, store it on your own devices, and use it as many times as you like. Please do not repost it, resell it, share it publicly, or distribute it as your own. The file and its contents are original work and remain the property of High Ledge Ventures LLC.

Delivery

A download button appears on the confirmation page the moment your payment clears, and your receipt arrives by email from Stripe. If you lose the file or close the page before saving it, email support@scriptednights.com from the address you paid with and we will send it again.

Refunds

Full refund, no reason needed, within 14 days of purchase. Email support@scriptednights.com with the email address you paid with. The refund goes back to the card you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days. You will never be asked what happened.

Because this is a digital file delivered immediately, we are not obliged to offer this. We do anyway.

What this product is not

The Last Round is entertainment and a script for an evening. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or sexual health advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. It does not diagnose anything, assess anything, or offer treatment for anything. If something in your relationship or your health needs professional attention, please speak to a professional.

Everything in the file is optional for both people, every time. A no is a no, no reason required, and either person can stop at any point.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The charge appears on your statement as SCRIPTED NIGHTS.

Liability

The file is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, High Ledge Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
