Help for Conversation Edition, Date Night Draft, Plot Twist for Two, and their packages.

Open what you bought.

Successful checkout opens your purchase and remembers paid access in that browser. Bookmark your library and return in the same browser. Internet access is needed to open games and verify the purchase.

Changing devices or browsers, private browsing, or clearing browser data can remove access and saved progress. A bookmark does not transfer either one.

Lost access or moving to another browser?

Email from the email address you paid with. Include the game or package, approximate purchase date, and your Stripe receipt or receipt ID. We’ll verify the purchase and help restore access.

Do not send card numbers, passwords, or private game answers. An email address alone does not unlock a game. If payment completed but the game did not open, contact us before buying again.

Existing customers: Conversation Edition uses the same 60 base questions as the existing Who Knows Who Better? game. Your earlier purchase keeps its existing access. The new Date Night Draft and Plot Twist for Two are separate purchases; packages do not automatically credit earlier orders.

14-day full refund.

Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason needed. Email from your purchase email address with the receipt or receipt ID.

Refunds return to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. We do not ask about your private answers or what happened while you played.

Game data stays in your browser

Optional names, private choices, game progress, story results, and date plans are stored in the browser you use. We do not receive your private game answers. They do not sync between devices. Handoff screens hide a player’s picks during the next turn; they do not protect them from someone who controls the same browser. Use each game’s reset control or clear browser data to remove saved information.

Orders and website requests

Stripe processes payments. We use order details, including purchase email, item, payment status, and limited payment details, to provide access, support, and refunds. These pages do not collect your full card number. Necessary browser cookies remember paid access and are sent to our website service to verify it.

Paid games use no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or external fonts. Our host receives ordinary requests and may retain technical logs. Recognized campaign tags may accompany checkout for order attribution; game answers are never included.

Temporary website measurement

Public home, product, and catalog pages measure arrivals, sample starts and completed reveals, progress through the free Date Night instructions, and the final checkout choice through our own website service. A random visit reference in this tab’s session storage expires for measurement after 30 minutes without activity. It travels to Stripe checkout so we can match a visit to a checkout and any paid order. Campaign tags travel separately. Date Night progress means opening the guide and reaching its final instruction, not completing the activity. Sample answers and paid gameplay are never collected.

We use no tracking cookies and send no funnel events to advertising platforms. Measurement honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, and is disabled when session storage is unavailable. Purchases work without measurement or JavaScript. Collection ends 3 November 2026 at 20:00 UTC, and funnel event records are deleted within 30 days. They contain no answers, names, email addresses, full URLs, referrers, IP addresses, or browser fingerprints. Full website privacy details.

Support and your choices

Our email provider handles support messages. We retain order records as required for accounting and law, and support messages while useful. We do not sell personal information. Contact to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We’ll explain any records we must retain or effects on purchase support. These games are for adults 18 and over.

Sold by High Ledge Ventures LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company trading as Scripted Nights. Buying means you agree to these terms. The products below are for personal use by you and your partner, both 18 or over.

One-time purchases. No subscription or recurring charges. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Each purchase includes only its listed games; the separate intimate games and other products are not included. There is no automatic credit for previous purchases.

Using the games

You may replay what you buy. Do not resell, repost, distribute the paid contents, or share paid access publicly. The games remain the property of High Ledge Ventures LLC. Access is delivered after verified payment, with support available if needed and the 14-day full refund described above.

Date Night Draft’s activity supplies, travel, entry, and other real-world costs are separate. You check prices, availability, and access. Plot Twist’s Time, Supplies, and Spark are fictional game counters. Either player can stop at any time. These games are entertainment, not therapy, medical advice, or a relationship assessment.

Other terms and contact

The games are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, High Ledge Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited. The terms published when you buy apply to that purchase, under Connecticut law.
