Help when you need it.

Access, refunds, privacy, and the terms for this standalone game. Contact for help with your order.

Open your game.

  1. Complete checkout in the browser you plan to play in. Successful checkout opens your game.
  2. Bookmark the game and keep your Stripe receipt.
  3. For a return visit in the same browser, use Already bought? Play.

Internet access is needed to open the game and verify your purchase. Access is remembered in that browser, and progress is saved there too. Switching browsers or devices, private browsing, or clearing browser data can remove your access and saved progress. A bookmark does not transfer access or progress to another browser.

Lost access or changed browsers?

Email from the email address you paid with. Include your Stripe receipt or order reference and say you bought Conversation Edition. We’ll check the purchase and help restore access.

Do not send card numbers, passwords, or your game answers. Access help is handled by our support team; there is no email-only automatic unlock.

If checkout completed but the return page did not load, keep your receipt and contact us before buying again.

14-day full refund.

Full refund, no reason needed, within 14 days of purchase. Email from the email address you paid with. Include your receipt or order reference so we can find the purchase.

The refund goes back to the payment method you used. Card refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear. You do not need to explain why you want a refund or share anything about your game.

Privacy for this edition.

Scripted Nights is a brand of High Ledge Ventures LLC. This section covers the Conversation Edition pages, checkout, access, and game.

Game information stays in your browser

The game saves optional player names, progress, scores, and the current turn in the browser you use. We do not receive your game answers. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to see the saved information. You can clear game progress from the game’s About screen or by clearing browser data.

Payment and access

Stripe processes payment. We can access order details such as the checkout email, payment status, and limited card details, but these game pages do not collect your full card number. We use payment records to provide access, handle support, and process refunds. A necessary browser cookie remembers paid access. Opening the paid game sends that access information to our website service so it can verify the order.

Website requests and source tags

These pages do not load advertising pixels or external fonts. The public landing page uses temporary first-party measurement for arrivals, sample starts and completed reveals, and the final checkout choice. Sample answers are never sent. Paid gameplay is not measured. Our host receives ordinary website requests and may keep technical access logs.

A random reference in this tab’s session storage expires for measurement after 30 minutes without activity. It travels to Stripe checkout so we can match a visit to a checkout and any paid order. Recognized campaign tags travel separately. We use no tracking cookies and send no funnel events to advertising platforms. Measurement honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, and is disabled when session storage is unavailable. Purchases remain available without measurement or JavaScript.

Collection ends 3 November 2026 at 20:00 UTC. Funnel event records are deleted within 30 days. They contain no answers, names, email addresses, full URLs, referrers, IP addresses, or browser fingerprints. Full website privacy details.

Support and retention

Our email provider handles support messages. Please send only the order information needed for your request. We keep order records as required for tax and accounting, and support messages while they are useful. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

Email to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Some transaction records must be retained by law. We will explain if deletion would affect our ability to provide purchase support.

This game is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Purchase & use terms.

Last updated 7 October 2026.

These terms cover your purchase and use of Who Knows Who Better? — Conversation Edition, sold by High Ledge Ventures LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company trading as Scripted Nights. Buying means you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

$25 USD, paid once, for Conversation Edition only: 60 questions across Off the Clock, Out of Routine, and Just Us, with browser-based guessing, reveals, and scoring. No subscription or recurring charge. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. This purchase does not include other Scripted Nights games or extra question packs.

The game is for personal use by you and your partner, both aged 18 or over. You may replay the included sets. Please do not repost, resell, share paid access publicly, or distribute the game or its contents as your own. The game and its contents remain the property of High Ledge Ventures LLC.

Delivery and saved progress

Successful checkout opens the game and remembers paid access in that browser. Bookmark the game and retain your payment receipt. If you lose access or change browsers, use the support process above. There is no separate customer account. The game runs in a browser, and progress remains in that browser rather than syncing across devices.

Refunds

A full refund is available on request within 14 days of purchase, with no reason needed. See refund instructions.

Playing together

This is entertainment for two adults. Every question is optional. Either person may pass or stop at any time, for any reason. The game provides no therapy, counseling, medical advice, diagnosis, or promised relationship outcome.

Payment

Stripe processes payment. We do not collect or store your full card number through these pages. Keep your receipt for order support.

Liability and changes

The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, High Ledge Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law. The terms published on the date of your purchase apply to that purchase.
